Our Hot Pot Coverage Model
We segment Hot Pot into three core sports. Football dominates the calendar because Liga 1 runs August through May, Piala Indonesia overlaps, and international tournaments (Piala AFF, Asian Cup, Champions League, World Cup) cluster around specific months. MotoGP operates March through November on a weekly cadence, and badminton tournaments—particularly Asian Games qualifiers, Thomas Cup, and Uber Cup events—span the full year with regional and world championships.
For each sport, we publish fixture schedules three weeks ahead so you can plan around Idul Fitri blackout windows, mid-season breaks, or holiday tournament slots. Liga 1 matches typically occur Friday through Monday across stadiums in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan. Piala Indonesia rounds concentrate on midweek slots. We list all matchdays, venue details, and team rosters in the Hot Pot interface so you never hunt for basic information.

Market Access and Odds Structure
Hot Pot markets vary by sport. Football offers traditional match-result betting (home / draw / away), plus over-under, both-teams-to-score, and handicap lines. MotoGP features podium finishes, grid-position props, and race-winner markets. Badminton covers match outcomes and set-score predictions in singles and doubles draws.
We display odds in decimal format and update them live as kickoff approaches. You can see historical odds movement on previous matchdays so you understand how markets shifted around team news or injury announcements. We do not publish exact odds in marketing copy—odds shift constantly—but you view and compare them live in the app or web interface before deposit confirmation.
Hot Pot integrates real fixture data, live scoring feeds, and transparent odds notation so you make decisions based on current information, not yesterday's matchday notes.
Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Flow
Our Hot Pot betting account lives inside your main indo78 wallet. When you log in, you navigate to the Hot Pot section, select a fixture or market, and place a stake from your available balance. To fund your account, we accept:
- E-wallets: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet transfers.
- Bank transfers: Direct account deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.
- Processing: Most e-wallet deposits settle within minutes; bank transfers subject to your bank's clearing window and our verification procedures.
Withdrawals work in reverse. You request a payout to the payment method you deposited from (or an alternate method registered to your account). We confirm your identity and verify the linked payment account matches your profile. This step prevents fraud and ensures compliance with local regulations. Withdrawal review windows vary—some clear same-business-day, others within two business days depending on your bank's settlement queue and any additional verification our compliance team requests.
We do not promise "subject to verification" or "within subject to verification" because deposit banks and e-wallet providers control their own infrastructure. Instead, we publish standard processing windows in the Withdrawal Help section of the app, and our support team escalates any withdrawal that exceeds the stated window.
Payment method registration is tied to account verification.
When you add mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or a bank account to your indo78 profile, we cross-check the registered name with your account identity. Mismatches trigger a support review before the method goes live.
Account Verification and KYC Workflow
Hot Pot betting requires know-your-customer (KYC) verification. At account creation, you submit your full legal name, date of birth, and national ID number (KTP for Indonesian residents). We verify this data against national registries to prevent underage access and money-laundering risk.
Once KYC passes, your account unlocks full Hot Pot access. If verification stalls—usually because your submitted name differs from your registered ID, or your ID details are incomplete—our support team emails you with specific remediation steps. You can re-submit documents or clarify discrepancies without losing your account.
We also run periodic re-verification on accounts with large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns. This is standard industry practice and protects both you and our platform from fraud.
- KYC is completed once per account (not per deposit or fixture).
- Verification typically resolves within one business day if documents are clear.
- If your ID is rejected, we provide reason codes so you know what to fix.
